Prices on the website are indicative only and are minimal, prices may vary depending on fabric condition.

Regular laundry deliveries will be made in 48–72 hours.

Dry cleaning garments delivery can take up to 120 hours.

Express/same-day delivery of garments will be charged at 100% extra.

For free pickup & delivery, laundry orders should be 5 kg or more.

Every effort is made to deliver clothes on time, however due to certain unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery is delayed, we will keep you updated about the revised time frame.

Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery. All claims must be submitted via WhatsApp (+91 81210 28663 / +91 81212 86663) or email (threeclaundry@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery.

We are not responsible for fastness / running of colour / shrinkage / damage to embellishments / embroidery work on the garments during the process.

Please note that we will not be responsible for the upkeep of the garments, if the garments are not collected within 15 days from the date of scheduled delivery.

We accept no liability for any loss of or damage to clothes arising from fire, burglary, etc.

We decide the best wash depending on the fabric and its condition. Our technicians are experts with an average of 7+ years of experience.

Our cleaning methods include washing with emulsifiers, detergents and softeners, soft wash for delicate garments, and dry cleaning technologies such as perchloroethylene and hydrocarbon.

We may use images of your clothes and/or your feedback for promotional purposes on various digital platforms.
